Welcome to Kingdom Calling. By accessing our website at kingdomcallingmailclub.com or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Kingdom Calling is a Christian media and publishing house offering devotional books and a monthly pen pal-style devotional mail club. We are based in Idaho, United States. You can reach us at kearsyhoffman@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Services

We offer physical devotional books and a monthly mail club subscription. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Subscriptions

Mail club memberships are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Kingdom Calling to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. Please review our full Subscription & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and information about lost or damaged packages.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. Mail club kits that have already shipped are generally non-refundable except in cases of damage or error on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, devotional materials, and branding — is the property of Kingdom Calling and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. AI & Content

We occasionally use AI tools to assist with content creation. All content is personally reviewed and approved before publication. Please see our AI & Content Stewardship Policy for full details.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Calling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.

13. Trademarks

"Kingdom Calling" and all associated logos, taglines, and brand identifiers are trademarks of Kingdom Calling. Unauthorized use of our name, marks, or branding in any context — including but not limited to social media, resale, promotional materials, print resources or ministry resources — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Any goodwill generated through use of our marks inures solely to the benefit of Kingdom Calling.

14. Copyright

All content published by Kingdom Calling — including but not limited to devotional writings, mail club letters, book content, blog posts, images, graphics, and course or study materials — is protected under United States copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code). No content may be copied, reprinted, excerpted, shared digitally, recorded, translated, or incorporated into derivative works without express written permission from Kingdom Calling. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

15. Reproduction & Licensing

Our books and mail club materials are created for personal use and individual spiritual growth. Reproduction for commercial purposes, group distribution, classroom use, church programming, or resale — in whole or in part, in any format — is prohibited without a valid licensing agreement with Kingdom Calling. We welcome ministry and group licensing inquiries. If you are interested in using our materials for a group, church, or organization, please contact us at kearsyhoffman@gmail.com to discuss licensing options.

16. Wellness & Mental Health Disclaimer

Kingdom Calling produces faith-based devotional content intended for spiritual encouragement and personal growth. Our books, mail club materials, and all associated content are not a substitute for professional mental health care, counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

We are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or mental health professionals. Nothing published or communicated by Kingdom Calling — including but not limited to devotional letters, books, social media content, or email communications — should be interpreted as formal clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Kingdom Calling makes no guarantees regarding emotional, psychological, or spiritual outcomes resulting from engagement with our content. Results are personal and will vary. By purchasing our products or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that Kingdom Calling bears no liability for any mental health outcomes, decisions made, or actions taken based on our content.

Subscription Terms

When you join the Kingdom Calling Mail Club, you agree to a recurring subscription billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically on the first Friday of every month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no minimum commitment required. To cancel, log in to your customer account and manage your subscription from there, or contact us directly at Kearsyhoffman@gmail.com

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your mail club deliveries through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Payments already processed are non-refundable. Because each mail club kit is prepared and shipped on a set schedule, we are unable to issue refunds for billing cycles that have already been charged.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

AI & Content Stewardship Policy

At Kingdom Calling, every word is held to a standard — not just of quality, but of faithfulness. We believe that what we put into your hands and hearts matters, and we want to be transparent about how our content comes to life.

How We Use AI Tools

We occasionally use artificial intelligence tools to assist with tasks such as grammatical and structural fixes,  generating design concepts, and exploring creative ideas. These tools help us work with greater efficiency so we can focus more energy on what matters most: serving you well.

What AI Does Not Do

AI does not speak for our faith, or replace the prayerful, intentional voice behind Kingdom Calling. Every piece of content — from our mail club letters to our product descriptions — is personally reviewed, edited, and approved by our founders Kearsy before it reaches you. If it carries the Kingdom Calling name, a human heart has touched it.

Your Data & AI

We do not share your personal information with AI platforms. Any AI tools we use operate on our internal content only, not on customer data.

We are stewards of this ministry and this brand. We will always be honest with you about how we work, and we will never sacrifice authenticity for convenience.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Archive Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Mail club kits ship on a set monthly schedule — your first kit will ship within the processing window after your subscription begins.

Our Processing Window

Every month Preorders Open 4th Thursday the previous month
Preorder Close the 4th Thursday before Shipping Day
Shipping Day is the 1st Friday of each month.

For Example : August 2026 Bride of Christ
Pre-orders Open Thursday June 24th
Pre-orders Close Thursday July 23rd
Mail Day Friday August 7th
Archive Print Available August 10th
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Mail club orders include shipping costs in the final check out costs. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Mail Club Deliveries

Your monthly devotional kit is prepared and shipped with care. Because each kit is curated and assembled by hand, we are unable to expedite mail club shipments. You'll receive communication by email ( or text) once your kit is on its way.

Books & One-Time Orders

Books and one-time purchases ship separately from mail club kits and follow standard processing times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us at kearsyhoffman@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do everything we can to make it right. Any requests outside of the 14 day window we are not able to replace. 

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international delivery are included in international shipping mail clubs
